How is my careers plan going to address my skills and resources needs:

My Plan with help with my leadership skills as I will be going to Bournemouth and will be working as a part of a team and will have the chance to give my input into films that we are making. This will hopefully build my confidence to be able to interact with anyone and make small talk which will help me build links and contacts. Once I have built up my confident with film making and have enough contacts I can begin to build a film crew which will motivate me to take film making to the next level. By going to Bournemouth will deffiantly be the path that will help me with my disired career. At Art University Bournemouth I will also be learning different software call 'Avid' and 'Mia' which will broaden my mind of different software which is what I need and want, being away from home and in the learning environeent will help me to imropove my time keeping skills and punctuality.  I will need to access transport such as train, and I am going to do this by going to Bournemouth.
